This lapis cake is soft and moist, not too sweet, tastes fresh and made by hand. The original lapis cake is moist, yet firmer, less sweet and has a taste that is alot lighter than the other 3 flavours that we have on this catalogue, probably because of the absence of fruits that usually adds to the softness of the cake texture. Do I love it too? Yes.
